I created on-brand graphic content and animated and filmed videos for Plezzel's social media and marketing, which generated substantial leads at a lower cost per lead. I also collaborated with teams to produce assets such as sales presentations, client onboarding collateral, and product brochures, making the onboarding process smoother and more efficient.

As a marketing and design professional at Plezzel, I made significant contributions to the company's efforts. I introduced a standard design template for monthly EDMs, which significantly improved the open rates and clicks.

My design skills were put to use in the creation of user interface screens for Plezzel's proprietary marketing software. I conducted user research and testing to ensure the designs met the needs of the users.
